Rhyl Chess Congress is an organisation based in North Wales that hosts chess tournaments in Rhyl. This website is used to provide information and accept entries for our events.

• Chess ranking

• Chess Federations (ECF/WCU/FIDE) membership number

• Publish player pairings and results (ranking and ECF number may appear publicly)

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for up to 12 months after the tournament to manage results, resolve queries, and prepare for future events. After that, it will be securely deleted.

In some cases, the relevant chess federation number and results may be shared with that organisation, for rating and record-keeping purposes. We do not share your contact details with them or any other third parties.
