Junior Discount £10 Discount if player is under 18 on the 1st September 2026.
Non-rated and ECF Bronze Members £50 To allow for ECF game rating fees. Please see Congress Terms and Conditions Page for further details on ECF rating fees.
Early Bird Discount £5 Discount if entry fee paid before 31st August 2026
Please note that any entries made after Wednesday 16th September will require a £5 late entry fee. The Final Deadline is midnight Thursday 17th September, we are not taking entries on Friday 18th September.

Please note that the required information is important for the organisers to promptly process your entry. You may enter "not known" if any information is not readily available but this may delay the acknowledgement sent to the player's email address.

Please  note that players in all sections must be registered members of the WCU, ECF or other National Associations. This will ensure that a FIDE ID number can be obtained.
